First ask your existing clients for referrals. Referred leads are the best leads.
Also, if you’re looking for commercial leads I love http://www.infousa.com/ You can search in a specific radius and for a specific industry so if you specialize in restaurant insurance you can get a list of all the restaurants in the immediate area. Plus they tell you the contact person, the approximate number of employees, how much the company did in sales in the previous year. It’s great info for insurance agents. The more leads you buy the cheaper the cost per lead. There are other lead programs out there, but this is the only one I have direct experience with so the others may be just as good (or better). However I can vouch to being happy with InfoUSA.
Hope this helps!
